My world, upbringing, early years and education

Early Years

Born and brought up in Aurangabad (now Ch. Sambhajinagar), a small city in Marathwada region, Maharastra province, India. I completed my secondary education from St. John's High School while Higher Secondary education from Deogiri College.

  • Top scorer in SSC exams from school as well as awarded "Best Boy" for the batch passing put in 2010.

  • Captain - Green House (2009-10). One of the four houses of school

  • Representative for school at INMUN (Indian Model United Nations Conference) representing "Uganda (hypothetically)" for the ensemble 2009.

Higher Education

Master in Business Administration - Operations Management (2018) - Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India

  • Core Committee Member of The Cultural Committee (2017-18): Organizing cultural events throughout the year, as well as the "Perspective Richter'10" a national level technical-cultural event for 2017-18.

  • Member of IMNU's college cricket team (2016-18): Role: Bowler. Winners IMNU Cup 2017 (Inter-college cricket tournament)

June 2018 - Jan 2024

Starting as a Management Trainee in 2018 at Capital First Ltd. (later merged with IDFC Bank to create IDFC FIRST Bank) to eventually leading a loan servicing unit, my experience with the bank has been superb. Achieving two promotions and recognized for my work and projects throughout the tenure, my stint equipped me with critical competencies and skills as well as exposure to be where I am today.

About Me

Born and brought up in Aurangabad, and currently based in Brussels, Belgium, I believe that being genuine and authentic is essential to building meaningful connections. I strive to make every conversation thoughtful and worthwhile.

For me, work is a form of worship—approaching it with sincerity, ownership, and commitment. This naturally brings accountability and transparency to everything I do. I actively look beyond my immediate responsibilities, learning upstream and downstream aspects of my role to solve problems effectively and gain a holistic perspective. I also place strong emphasis on applying what I learn, as practice makes learning both engaging and enduring.

I try not to get too comfortable and intentionally shake things up—a mindset reflected in my decision to move cities and travel, seeking growth through new perspectives and environments.

While I once believed multitasking was essential, I now lean strongly toward deep work, focusing on one task at a time with clarity and intention. Currently, I’m exploring ways to build personal systems through structure and compartmentalization to support deeper focus and creativity.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading fiction and self-improvement literature and have recently taken up running, with a goal of completing a half-marathon sometime next year.

P.S I did my first ever race this year "20 Kms of Brussels". So happy!
